Information we collect and how we use it:
Angler’s Escapes collects certain information from and about its users multiple ways including, directly from our web site and web server logs, the user and with cookies. When you visit our website we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage for the purpose of serving our visitors, clients and customers better.
This website uses Google AdWords free conversion tracking features on certain pages. If you contact us online the destination page will have code on it that helps us understand the path you took to arrive on that page.
Double Click: Angler’s Escapes use Google AdWords remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from us in the future you can opt out using the Double Click opt-out page or the network advertising initiative opt-out page. Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation, Refund Policies:
When you book a guided fishing trip you automatically agree to our policies in a contract/agreement whether you read them or not. You will be given all the policies verbally, in email and on our website.
We require a 2 person minimum to run a fishing trip. If you are planning on fishing by yourself as a single person as long as you pay for 2 people we can run the trip.
All pricing includes tax and fees.
Before you go on your fishing trip all waivers for people going on the trip must be filled out and submitted.
If we at Angler’s Escapes need to cancel your trip for ANY reason due to weather, fishing reports or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with an option to reschedule or a full refund.
In order to book a guided fishing trip we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for your trip.
Cancellations 16 or more days before the trip: Reschedule or Refund minus deposit amount.
Cancellations 8-15 days before the trip: Reschedule offered, but no refunds.
Cancellations 0-7 days before the trip: No reschedule and no refunds.
Your trip must be paid in full 15 days prior to the scheduled date or it will be cancelled. If your trip is cancelled due to missing payment, you will not receive a refund.
Travel Service Policies:
When using Angler’s Escapes for consultation/travel services, you agree to our policies whether you have read them or not. You will be advised to read policies and it is your responsibility to do so.
It is your responsibility to make sure your date is correct before booking a trip. If a date change is needed we will attempt to make the change but we are not able to guarantee the request will be approved.
It is your responsibility to obtain the proper passports or documentation for your travel destination.
Agency is not responsible for any travel arrangements made by you after consultation
Angler’s Escapes uses third parties to price check and book travel arrangements. Your information may be provided to third parties in in association to travel bookings.
Service names, Company names, and logos used may be trademarked by Angler’s Escapes. Any additional service names, company names, and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners. Service names, company names, and logos on this site may not be copied, imitated, or used.
Angler’s Escapes will not sell your information
Boat Policies:
We do not provide alcohol on the boats, but you are allowed to bring your own drinks.
No drugs or drug paraphernalia is allowed on the boats.
When on a guided fishing trip the guide/captain will not tolerate any threatening, belligerent behaviors and can stop the trip at any given time if clients do not follow the boat policies which are not all listed. If the guide/captain has to stop a trip due to these reasons there will not be a refund and your group will not be welcomed back on our boats.
We believe in keeping the boats safe, but fun so everyone can enjoy their fishing trips.
If weather becomes unsafe while on the water during your trip your guide/captain can stop the trip. It is up to the captain’s discretion to continue and finish the trip that day. We can reschedule your trip to finish at a later date at no extra charge.
Fishing Trip Procedures:
After booking your fishing trip you will get an email confirmation explaining the details of your guided fishing trip. Your guide will contact you no later than the night before your trip to go over trip information and details. If you believe you may not have service please contact the office numbers provided so your guide can contact you earlier.
On your fishing trip you will need to bring something to eat, drink and snack on. Lunch is not provided on trips. Most guides will provide water bottles.
You will need to dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather conditions.
It is your responsibility to obtain the proper license and tags for your fishing trip. If you do not have the correct license and tags (if required) you will not be permitted to fish and no refund will be provided. If you are unsure what is required please contact the office.
Any person age 15 and older require a fishing license in Washington State to fish. Salmon/Steelhead fishing you are required to have your Salmon/Steelhead tag when actively fishing for these species whether it is catch & release or retention. Sturgeon fishing retention you are required to have your Sturgeon tag.
Youth age 14 and younger do not require a fishing to fish in Washington State. If fishing for Salmon/Steelhead catch & release or retention, Sturgeon retention they are required the appropriate fishing tags for that species. For youth fishing licenses are free along with the Salmon/Steelhead/Sturgeon tags.
Your guide will provide all the fishing gear needed-rods & reels, tackle and bait needed for your trip.
If retaining fish your guide will clean and fillet your fish at the end of your trip.
There is no lunch or food provided on our trips. It is recommended to bring a lunch, something to snack on and your drinks for the day.
Your guide may have a cooler on the boat with water bottles.
